With a career spanning several prestigious roles, including CEO of Alaro City, Director of Development and Projects at Eagle Hills Abu Dhabi, Development Director at Laurus Development Partners, Vice President at Ocean and Oil Holdings, and Business Manager at UPDC Plc, Odunayo has demonstrated expertise in leading diverse projects. He is a member of esteemed professional bodies such as the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), The Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV), and is a Registered Surveyor and Valuer (RSV). He holds a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor’s Degree (BSc) in Estate Management.
Bidemi Fadayomi, as the Development Director, brings over 19 years of extensive experience in real estate spanning Africa and the UK. Her expertise lies in residential, mixed-use, and commercial real estate markets. Prior to her tenure at UPDC, she held pivotal roles including Head of Real Estate Asset Development at Argentil Asset Management Limited, VP of Real Estate at Avante Property Asset Management Services, Project Manager at Trench Farrow, UK, and Project Architect at Aedas Architects UK. Bidemi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and Architectural Studies from the University of Wales, Cardiff. She was appointed as an Executive Director of the Company on 28th July 2022, and she contributes her expertise to the Board Finance, Investment and Operations Committee and the Board Risk, Audit and Compliance Committee.
Priye Johnson, the Chief Commercial Officer, brings over 22 years of versatile experience across real estate development, hospitality, management consulting, and service management. With a focus on strategy, business growth design, project management, and revenue assurance, he has been instrumental in large-scale real estate projects. Priye holds an M.Sc in Marketing and Management from the University of Bradford, UK, and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Port Harcourt. His previous roles include serving as the COO of MHF Properties Limited.
Folake Kalaro, the Director of Corporate Services and Company Secretary at UPDC Plc, is a seasoned legal expert with over 26 years of experience in the legal profession. Having served as the Head of the Legal department and Contracts & Drafting Manager, she brings a wealth of knowledge in legal affairs to her role. Folake’s expertise extends to negotiating, preparing, and vetting agreements on behalf of the UACN Group.
Arigbede Olawale, Head of Asset Management, boasts a rich background in real estate financing, structuring, development, and property management. His previous roles include Head of Real Estate and Structured Transactions at AS Savings and Loans Plc and Head of Mortgage and Real Estate Development at Safe Trust Mortgage Bank and Skye Mortgage Bankers. Olawale holds a B.Sc. in Estate Management and an M.Sc. in Facility Management from the University of Lagos, Akoka.
Ngozi Ikeadigh, as the Head of Internal Control & Audit, brings over 15 years of experience in risk, audit, and compliance. Ngozi holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from the University of Nigeria Nsukka and is a member of CIMA UK. Prior to joining UPDC PLC, she held various risk and audit functions at Jagal Group, a large conglomerate.
Oluwatoyin Egwaikhide, the Head of Human Resources, is a seasoned HR practitioner with over 15 years of experience spanning the oil and gas and financial sectors. His expertise encompasses organizational development, performance management, talent management, policy development, employee welfare, HR information systems, and learning and development. Oluwatoyin holds an MSc in Public and International Affairs and a BSc in Mathematics and Statistics from the University of Lagos. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM).
