Odunayo Ojo serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director, bringing a wealth of experience in real estate development, asset management, private equity, and advisory services across various asset classes. With a career spanning several prestigious roles, including CEO of Alaro City, Director of Development and Projects at Eagle Hills Abu Dhabi, Development Director at Laurus Development Partners, Vice President at Ocean and Oil Holdings, and Business Manager at UPDC Plc, Odunayo has demonstrated expertise in leading diverse projects. He is a member of esteemed professional bodies such as the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), The Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV), and is a Registered Surveyor and Valuer (RSV). He holds a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor’s Degree (BSc) in Estate Management.

Folake, a seasoned legal expert, holds a LLB degree from Obafemi Awolowo University and LLM degree from the University of Lagos. She was called to the Nigerian Bar in March 1995.

Prior to joining UAC of Nigeria Plc (UACN) in 2003 as the Contracts & Drafting Manager, a role that saw her responsible for negotiating, preparing and vetting agreements on behalf of UACN Group, Folake worked with the firms of Bolaji Ayorinde (SAN) & Co and Rickey Tarfa (SAN) & Co where she cut her teeth in legal practice.

She became the Head of Legal of UPDC Plc in 2009 and was appointed the Company Secretary/Legal Adviser of UPDC Plc in 2017. In October 2023, she was appointed the Director, Corporate Services in recognition of her excellent contributions to the success of UPDC Plc.

Francis Akinyemi Falola MBA, BSc, FCA

Chief Financial Officer

Francis is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) with over two decades working experience in Finance and Accounting roles. He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Ogun State University (now Olabisi Onabanjo University). He completed his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Lagos State University.
He started his career with Phoenix of Nigeria Assurance Plc in 1999 and later joined Custodian and Allied Insurance Ltd in 2005 as Head of Credit control and debt Management. He has since worked as the Head of Finance and Account.
He possesses extensive experience in financial reporting & Tax, treasury management, credit control, effective communication, presentation, financial reviews, financial analysis, auditing, accounting and budgeting.
He is a graduate of the Senior Management Program of the Prestigious Lagos Business School.

Priye Johnson, the Chief Commercial Officer, brings over 22 years of versatile experience across real estate development, hospitality, management consulting, and service management. With a focus on strategy, business growth design, project management, and revenue assurance, he has been instrumental in large-scale real estate projects. Priye holds an M.Sc in Marketing and Management from the University of Bradford, UK, and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Port Harcourt. His previous roles include serving as the COO of MHF Properties Limited.

Olatunde Jagun has had over 25 years experience in Construction, Project and Development management working on commercial, residential, and retail developments both in Nigeria and the United Kingdom. He is a Chartered Surveyor and a fellow of the Royal Institution Chartered Surveyors (FRICS) and holds a Bachelor of Science in Building and Quantity Surveying.

He has held several roles such as Head of Development at Trojan Estates where he led the delivery of Royal Gardens Estate in Lekki, Development Manager at Laurus Development Partners an ACTIS owned development company and Senior Development Manager at Broadgate Development Company UK.

Oluwatoyin Egwaikhide, the Head of Human Resources, is a seasoned HR practitioner with over 15 years of experience spanning the oil and gas and financial sectors. His expertise encompasses organizational development, performance management, talent management, policy development, employee welfare, HR information systems, and learning and development. Oluwatoyin holds an MSc in Public and International Affairs and a BSc in Mathematics and Statistics from the University of Lagos. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM).
