His expertise encompasses organizational development, performance management, talent management, policy development, employee welfare, HR information systems, and learning and development. Oluwatoyin holds an MSc in Public and International Affairs and a BSc in Mathematics and Statistics from the University of Lagos. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM).
