Imelda is the Head of Human Resources at UPDC Plc. She has 6 years of experience working in various industries including FMCG, Management Consulting, Manufacturing, and Real Estate.

Prior to her appointment as UPDC’s Head of Human Resources, Imelda worked at TGI Group, Chi Limited, and Ciuci Consulting, where she led HR initiatives aimed at internalizing global best practices.

As the Head of the Human Resources Department at UPDC Plc, Imelda brings valuable experience in organizational development, performance management, talent management, policy development, employee welfare, HR information systems, Learning, and development.

She earned a BSc in Mass Communication from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, and a Master’s in International Human Resource Management from the University of Portsmouth. She is also an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development.
