I am an Agent and I Have Seen A Property My Client Would Love. What Next?

Now that you have found a property on behalf of your client, the next step is to schedule for an on-site inspection based on your clients’ timing and availability. Once your client has made the decision to buy, UPDC will issue a formal Letter of Offer in the buyer.

Please note that agents are not authorized to accept any offer for the sale of our properties (whether or not “Subject to Contract”) without the prior written consent of UPDC, and shall not under any circumstances demand or receive payment from any buyer on behalf of UPDC.

Are There Any Payment Plans Available?

We strive to ensure that our properties are affordable to our target customer, and may sometimes offer comfortable payment plans for our properties under development.

We recommend that you speak to one of our Sales Managers to discuss properties with suitable payment options that can accommodate your financial plan.
